Raise your game to the next level with individualized training programs based on each athlete’s specific goals and sport-specific demands. Improve functional movement, shore up weaknesses, decrease injury risk, and build strength and power. Whether its training for a marathon PR or off-season of the NHL, it’s always a good time to build upon our athletic foundation.

Sessions range from ONE hour to 90 minutes in length. (Depending)

Each athlete will go thru a consultation to discuss health & training history, as well communication with sport coaches to best assess their needs.

POWER – Plyometrics, Med Ball Training, Jumping & Landing Techniques

STRENGTH – Focus on Upper Body, Lower Body

CONDITIONING – Off-Season/ Pre/ or In-Season

MOBILITY – Myofascial Release (Foam Rolling), Dynamic Movement, Muscle Activation

INJURY REDUCTION – Identify & Correct Muscular Imbalances, Balance & Stabilization

NUTRITION COACHING – Ideas, Tips and Guidance
