Yes & No. The Garage is the physical location in Boca Raton, Florida. That is the home of BREK Performance. That is where all the in person training goes down. BREK is the mothership, the online training platforms, and the brand.

Do you offer online training?

Yes. We offer two types of online training - Online monthly subscription based programs, as well as fully personalized 1/1 programming. We use Trainheroic as our platform for both.

Is The Garage a private facility?

Yes. The Garage is as private as it gets. It is built to be a solo 1/1 training facility. No other trainers or clients in the space when you are training. Full customized to give you the best training environment possible.
