Each client will go thru a consultation to discuss health & training history to best assess their needs.

Sessions are ONE hour.

Have a training partner? Semi-private sessions “duo’s” are a popular and fun option.

POWER – Plyometrics Circuits, Med Ball Training.

STRENGTH – Focus on Upper Body, Lower Body. Mulitplanar Movement & Well Rounded Strength. Pilates Influenced Core Work.

CONDITIONING – Heart Healthy Focused. Sled’s. Assault Bike. Ski-Erg. Rower. Watt Bike. Ropes.

INJURY REDUCTION – Identify & Correct Muscular Imbalances, Balance & Stabilization
